Android Based Watches To Come This November

How would you like the Android platform on your wrist…literally?

Italian Company Blue Sky will launch in November “I’m Watch,” a series of Android based watches, with a 1.54 inch display, running Android 1.6.
Much looking like an iPod Nano, I’m watch allows you to access lower-level Android applications for smartphone, using the same touch based controls as in all Android devices – of course, at a tinier scale. The gadget is capable of Bluetooth connectivity and, similar to other devices, I’m Watch can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth.

By doing so, you won’t need to take your phone out of the pocket or bag in order to see a call (there is no option for answering) or read a message.

Instead, you can use the mini-device to read notifications or an email. It may be a little too annoying to try to operate a tiny device with a small 1.54 inch screen, by touch controls, taping the display in order to access email, photos, music or messages. Your finger could cover more than half of the display.

On the watch’s side there is a headphone jack and volume buttons to rock your tunes.

The basic pricing for the I’m Watch is 250 euro and it comes in different colors to suit everyone’s tastes, from Titanium to Pink Gold.

If you want your I’m Watch to be special and provided that you have the money to do so, you can add jewelry or precious metal designs, boosting the price to up to 15,000 euro.
