Apple MacBook Pros with QuadCore processors

As expected the new MacBook Pros have Quads Core processors.Like all the series of MacBook Pros this time again 13 inch model is available in lower specs comparing to the 15 and 17 inch model.

The 15inch model has Quad Core Intel 2.2GHz 2720 processor and the 17inch model has 2.0GHz Quad Core 2630QM processor.

This new series also takes the advantage of the Intel Turbo Boost 2.0 which increase the speed of all the cores.

Another new thing in new MacBook Pro will be hybrid Thunderbolt Display port.This is what Apple PR had quoted about this.

New Mortal Kombat

If you’re eager to play it, the new Mortal Kombat has a release date: April 19th in the U.S. and April 18th in the UK. If you own both a PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, you’ll want to note that the PlayStation 3 version of the game comes with Kratos as a bonus character.

HP announces webOS-powered TouchPad

As expected, Hewlett Packard announced the TouchPad, a tablet that is virtually identical in design, size and weight to the Apple iPad, but runs webOS, which Palm pioneered on its Pre and Pixi smartphones.

Powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm "Snapdragon" processor and offering either 32 or 64GB of memory, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G WWAN, and a 1.3mp camera, the TouchPad will be available in the summer of 2011.

 HP did not release information on battery life, price or carriers.

waterproof/shockproof/dustproof camera market with the 12.1-megapixel TS1, available in silver, green or orange in colour.

The camera has a terrific folding 28-128mm equivalent zoom, can do 720p high definition video, has a very bright and vibrant 2.7-inch LCD display that is large enough and can be seen from any angle, and excels in picture quality. Max depth is limited to 10 feet though and the TS1 is pricey.


Joining a growing number of manufacturers that offer waterproof and ruggedized compact cameras, Panasonic introduced the Lumix TS1 in early 2009.

LG unveils 'world's first' 3D smartphone, the Optimus 3D, and its partner, the Optimus Pad

LG has unveiled the world's first full 3D smartphone, called the Optimus 3D, alongside a new tablet at an event on the sidelines of Barcelona's Mobile World Congress.

LG Electronics mobile communications general manager Nathan Dunn said the LG Optimus 3D, which features a 4.3-inch 3D screen that can be seen with the naked eye, would launch in Australia in June or July.

Google Launches Smart Rescheduler Calender

To schedule company meetings is a very tough task now a days. It is very hard to manage the time slot for all the people who have to attend the meeting. Google has launched a new Google Calendar Labs for this problem. This smart Calendar is called the Smart Rescheduler that brings some search smarts to the problem. The Product Manager Of  Google Calendar Cyrus Mistry says, all the Google apps customers got it yesterday night. We think it is just like we are giving every employee their own administrative assistant.

The person who wants to schedule the meeting , he just has to enter the names of the participants , duration of the meeting and the date of the meeting when it has to held. The smart rescheduler then starts its work it goes out and looks at every one calendar to see  when he is free then it takes into account different time zones and other commitments on their calendars (in order for this to work, all the meeting attendees must share their calendars with Google Calendar).

It is possible that at a point when it starts process  someone has a conflict. At this point the Rescheduler looks at all the soft constraints and actually ranks the best meeting times. Different attendees can have different priorities  so that the meeting is set around according to their schedule.  Firstly, soft constraints are taken into account like partial schedule overlaps, times blocked with no other attendees, meetings where someone’s been invited but hasn’t yet accepted or meetings organized by that person. These factors often indicate a schedule that can be altered.

Facebook is now the world's second most valuable internet comapny

According to Bloomberg, it seems that Facebook is the second most valuable internet company, right after Google. Previously, Facebook was in third place behind Amazon and Google, but now Facebook stands second, valued at $82.9 billion. As for no.1 – search engine, Google is valued at  $192 billion. We must mention that Facebook’s most noticeable jump in value came from 1.5$ billion investment from Goldman Sachs that was made in January.

These are all interesting results, but the question remains, will Facebook ever outpace Google when it comes to value? Sure, Facebook might be more popular in United States than Google, but Facebook is still far from it when it comes to the overall value.

New Nokia n series phone known as Nokia N9 is enhance very rapidly in the mobile phone market. Nokia N9 appearance surprises every one as Nokia N8 Smartphone was supposed to be last symbian OS N series phone.  Apparently, Nokia phone has not yet officially announced about Nokia smartphone N9. 

Nokia N9 phone seems to be just like Nokia N8 symbian phone. CO label was seen on the top of the N9 Nokia phone.  Apparently, all the speculations has been made about the Nokia N9 smartphone so far by the analyst. There is no official words have arrived yet from the Nokia phones about N series phone N9 Nokia.

LG Optimus 2x, world's first dual-core smartphone

Well the great thing about the Android phones is that after every few months a new phones comes to the market which looks like the best Android phone ever.That’s the case as LG has launched their latest Android phone which we could say is one the best best Android phones as far as its specs Well we were hearing rumors about LG Optimus 2X from past few weeks and here it comes now .It has a dual-core Tegra 1Ghz processor and it’s the irst smartphones ever to have a processor like this and we know other companies would launch smartphones like this in the coming days.Some would wonder why would a smartphone have such huge specs, but this phones can play full HD 1080p videos via TV-out via HDMI and it has a 8 megapixel camera to record high definition videos and take HD pics too. It also has a front 1.3MP facing camera for video calling.

LG Optimus 2x has a 4-inch WVGA display and its comes with the memory of 8GB and yes you can use 32GB microSD card with it.One thing is disappointing it is not coming with Gingerbread but it would have Android 2.2.It will come to Korea first next month and in few weeks in would be available in Asia and Europe.

This report also have mentioned that next iPad will have Cortex A9 dual Core processor which a clock speed of 1.2GHz.Its RAM would be of 512MB which is quite enough  for the device like iPad.It is also expected that the cameras in iPad would be of low quality like current iPod touch.
The screen of the next iPad is expected to be 30 to 35 percent thinner that of the current version and because of the better anti-reflection it would be better visible in sunlight comparing to first iPad and also this feature is to compete against the e-reader devices like Kindle.
